Depression/Bi-polar Support Group
This group meets weekly on Mondays from 6-7 pm in the Labyrinth Lounge.
This group is open to college students and adults of all ages. It is not group therapy, but rather an opportunity for those living with depression, anxiety, bi-polar and other mood-related illnesses to share their struggles and find support from a caring, non-judgmental group of peers. It will also be a safe space for participants to share ideas about what works in managing the ups and downs of depression and bi-polar, including how faith and spiritual practices can contribute to healing. David York will facilitate this group, and our discussions will be kept confidential. Please contact David or Amelia ( or (512) 478-8559) if you have questions about this ministry or a desire to participate in this group.
