Arnold (he/him) joined the UBC staff in January 2014. He has worked in the food industry for 10 years with 7 of those years in management, and he’s worked in the custodial field for 22 years with 8 of those years supervising janitorial crews. Between Arnold and his wife, Melissa, they have their hands full with a large family that includes 8 grandchildren. In his free time, Arnold enjoys fishing, camping, and exploring the great outdoors. Most of all, he enjoys his family time including movie nights with his kids.
