Parking Contracts

Parking in the Callaway House garage is now managed by Metropolis, not UBC.

Standard 24/7 parking contracts allow parking at all times.

The current rate is $135 per month plus sales tax and a transaction fee.

Availability is limited because these spaces are always in high demand.

Commuter parking contracts allow daytime parking only.

The current rate is $95 per month plus sales tax and a transaction fee.

You cannot park overnight or on Sunday mornings with a commuter contract.

You must live at least one mile away from the Callaway House in order to purchase a commuter contract.
